You may have missed a few of the miscellaneous trophies but if so, go to the relevant trophy on how to achieve them. On completion of this step, you will have earned the following trophies: Refer to 0% Non-Delivery for delivering all convoys in every level. Extra vehicles range from 3-16 depending on the level.
